You can check past ad swap history by clicking “View All Ratings” button and make sure this person is worth swapping. Since you are not a member of Safe-Swaps, you can’t contact this person before your ad swap request has been accepted.

When you’re ready to book ad swap, just click any cell which fits you. If all cells are taken, switch to the next month. Alternatively use “Book Nearest” button and Safe-Swaps will find nearest available date automatically.

System will show a window and ask information about you. Fill everything and attach your swipe. Swipe is your advertising text, which your partner will send to own list under own name.

Then pick best time to send your swipe and click “Done”.

On the next screen you’ll see all swipes of your partner. Pick the one, which fits you best. You’ll see CTR for every swipe. It is an average click through rate, based on past mailings of given swipe. In most cases higher CTR means better swipe.

Optionally you can send a message to your partner. Type what you want to say in message field. Pick swipe you like and click “I Will Send This Swipe” button. This will enable “Done” button. Click it and information will be sent to your partner for approval. Nothing needs to be done after this point, just wait until partner accepts your request.

You’ll get a notice when your ad swap request has been accepted.
